After booking, you will receive an email from the property asking you for your check-in time. You must reply to this email within 72 hours of arrival. Otherwise the property cannot guarantee check-in without considerable waiting time.

Please note that this accommodation consists of luxuriously furnished apartments, and is not a hotel with a 24-hour reception. The property's office is open between 10:00 and 12:00 from Mondays to Fridays. Check-in outside the normal office hours (or at weekends) can of course be organised but needed to be arranged individually with the accommodation.

On check-in, each guest will receive a mobile phone number to contact the property in case of emergencies.

Check-in is not possible after midnight.

For security reasons, the credit card used for booking must be provided at check-in.

For a stay of 8 nights or more, the apartment will be cleaned weekly.

The property has a lift, but not all apartments are wheelchair accessible. For more information, please contact the accommodation directly.
