The property requires prepayment via PayPal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with further instructions. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received.

Please note that room rates do not include an electrical usage fee. The electrical fee will be charged at THB 10 per unit. The fee will be deducted from the security deposit. Please inform Laguna Homes 39 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of THB 35000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
