The property requires a 50% prepayment of the total reservation via bank transfer or Paypal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property after making the booking with transfer instructions. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 24 hours once email is received. The balance will be paid directly at the property upon arrival. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Sea Horse Villa BangTao Beach in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of THB 17500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
